Last Stand

An anthology of last stands: four warriors separated by two thousand years and half the world, the legionary, the Spartan, the knight and the samurai, bound by the same instinct to hold the line once it is already lost. Conceived as a vertical, platform-native series. Germania, the first front, is finished and runs a minute. The other three are fifteen-second tests directed on the same idea: hard light, dust, and the camera at the height of whoever is holding.

Key art for "Last Stand — An Anthology": a Roman legionary, a Spartan hoplite, a knight in burning armour and a samurai, lined up on cracked desert ground before a golden city.

Only Germania is a piece: a minute of edit, with music and titles. The other three fronts are fifteen-second directing tests, shot on the same day to see whether one idea of light would hold in three worlds that share nothing. The anthology is neither written nor sold. What can be asked for today is the pitch, not a pilot.
